TYFPC Event: From the Rooftops – Exploring Urban Agriculture

The Toronto Youth Food Policy Council, in partnership with Access Alliance, invites you to our June community meeting on the topic of Urban Agriculture.

 

When: 6-8 pm, June 6, 2016
Where: AccessPoint on Danforth, 3079 Danforth Ave (closest accessible subway stop: Victoria Park Station on Line 2)

Come hear first-hand about exciting and innovative growing initiatives happening right over our heads! The evening will feature a series of presentations from a few key leaders in the rooftop agriculture scene, showcasing the potential of our urban landscape for food production and the different ways community members can get involved.

We’re also very excited to partner with Access Alliance to provide a tour of their rooftop garden, led by Ziadh Rabbani.
