Every other month we bring together youth from across the city to discuss food policy issues. Each meeting has its own theme and provides an opportunity for the community to learn about various topics in the food sector, meet with like-minded individuals, and get involved in food justice.

Eat, Feel, Create: A Evening Exploring Mental Health & Food
Food is an integral part of our life and plays a crucial role in our health, both physical and mental. Our food can be healing, a way to ground us when things become difficult, and at times also a source of stress or anxiety, especially in the age of the “Instagram Diet”. Join us for an evening of art, food, and discussion surrounding youth mental health and food, including topics like the continued stigma around mental illness, economic and social disparities to accessing, and the role of food in our mental well-being.
